Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for strategic planning, target setting and implementation of settled target.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly execution plan to achieve the target which will be set by the management.
∎ As a manager, you will be responsible for team building and work as a team and follow the instructions of your supervisors.
∎ Provide motivational and mental support to the team to achieve sells target.
∎ Execute all sales and marketing activities as per set plan and policies of the company.
∎ Always keep update your personal and team report, records for ensure transparency and accountability.
∎ Regular visit field to ensure achievement of optimum sales target.
∎ Ready to take additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor and management.
∎ Assistant Manager / Manager Sales (Need specific experience in Corporate sells of Poultry feed Mill Raw materials, Milk powder, Atta, Flour, Dal, Sugar etc. bulk quantity sells & marketing):
