Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for strategic planning, target setting and implementation of settled target.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly execution plan to achieve the target which will be set by the management.
∎ You will be responsible for achieve your target
∎ Receive client’s feedback and share with team and supervisor for resolve the raised issues.
∎ Execute all sales and marketing activities as per set plan and policies of the company.
∎ Always keep update your report, records for ensure transparency and accountability.
∎ Regular visit party to ensure achievement of optimum sales target.
∎ Ready to take additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor and management.
∎ Provide adequate training, guidelines, and emergency assistance to the farmers to manage flock health, brooding & growing, feeding, nutrition factors, vaccination, medication, bio-security, ventilation, and other environmental aspects of farms to perform optimally and remain disease-free.
∎ Should have basic knowledge about the poultry and dairy market and connection with potential prescribers and users of the concern area.
∎ Achieve sales targets by promoting products to veterinary professionals and firms and maintaining connections with potential practitioners of the concern area.
∎ Facilitate sales team to achieve sales target.
∎ Follow up daily sales and report to the Management.
∎ Provide Technical Support to the end user as well as sales forces.
∎ Organize Farmer's Group Meeting (FGM) in the assigned area.
