Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts, tailored to each event.
∎ Social Media Management: Support the management of our social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok), including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Facebook posting, post boosting, responding.
∎ Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for upcoming events, including teaser content, countdowns, and behind-the-scenes features.
∎ Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
∎ Audience Engagement: Assist in building and engaging with our online community by interacting with followers, fans, and event attendees on social media.
∎ Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies like content including posts, graphics, videos, and articles to align with Hospital goals.
∎ Suggest and implement new features to develop health awareness, like promotions and competitions. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a sense of community around our hospital.
∎ Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media content, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
∎ Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and event coordinators to align content with overall marketing strategies and event goals.
