Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Propose new and potential dealership and showroom for assign region
∎ Establish and nurture key relationships with all sales channels to ensure the growth success.
∎ Resolve customer complaints and service issues
∎ Implementation of sales techniques to achieve targets
∎ Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze regional market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
∎ Provide input for product development and pricing strategies based on regional insights.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve sales team effectiveness.
∎ Coordinate with dealership owners and sales teams to address operational issues and optimize performance.
∎ Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.
∎ Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and industry associations, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
