∎ Must have high level proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze different official documents/reports and provide useful feedback to the Director.
∎ Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing documents, e-mails and presentations.
∎ Research and write reports and other correspondence to facilitate new business ideas and development of current brands/companies.
∎ Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of Director.
∎ Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, executives, and employees.
∎ Assist in delegating tasks to appropriate team members, tracking progress, and ensuring deadline.
∎ Creating business plans, time and actions plans, SWOT analysis and other business metrics.
∎ Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
∎ Attend meetings, seminars, and workshop as and when required.
