Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target, formulating incentive for Field Force, Expense monitoring, setting tour program
∎ 2. Evaluation of Field Forces performance
∎ 3. Plan, organize, and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
∎ 4. Plan, develop & implement sales operation in the organization
∎ 5. Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
∎ 6. Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guideline for upgrading weak market
∎ 7. Keep the team member motivated to attain any assign job and providing effective training to all level of team members in that area.
∎ 8. Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level.
