Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
∎ Develop and execute robust sales strategies, considering market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape.
∎ Identify and establish new distributors and dealer points to expand market reach.
∎ Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and corporate partners.
∎ Supervise and guide Sales Officers and Territory Sales Officers to optimize performance and drive results.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports for management.
∎ Support marketing campaigns and product launches, collaborating with the marketing team for maximum impact.
∎ Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
