Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for candidates who has work experience in Calibration Laboratory or Environmental Laboratory will get preference.
∎ Should have basic knowledge on ISO17020, ISO17021 & ISO17025 requirements
∎ Good knowledge with different sector of clients
∎ Have good sound level to manage clients
∎ Maintain and Update customer database in different sectors
∎ Should have a plan to achieve monthly target
∎ Attend customer meeting
∎ Frequently visit clients
∎ Call or Email to client as a daily duty
∎ Regular follow up client requirements
∎ Should maintain a customer feedback data base
