∎ Experience: 3-5 years in sales management with experience in retail sales, dealership, wholesale and Tele Sales/Customer Care.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and motivate the Tele Sales and Customer Care team to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Monitor and optimize daily up-selling and cross-selling performance.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and enhance team productivity.
∎ Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress and suggest improvements.
∎ Provide training and guidance to team members for consistent performance.
∎ Handle key client negotiations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
