Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.
∎ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
∎ Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
∎ Monitor and report on sales performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5+ years of experience in the apparel accessories industry with a strong understanding of China products.
∎ Proven track record with 10-15 years of marketing experience.
∎ A degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant qualifications.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
∎ Team player with leadership skills.
∎ Proficiency in English language.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed.
