• Experienced candidates will be privileged. Experience: 1 year in telesales/customer service is preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills over the phone.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals

• Must be punctual, proactive, and a team player

• Passionate about sales and customer engagement

• Call potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and customers.
• Update the customer database and report sales progress daily.
• Promote special offers, campaigns, and new services via phone communication.
