Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customers at outlet.
∎ Achieve 100% sales & collection target by proper planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating.
∎ Follow up products and ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Ensure desired profitability.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping, product cleanliness, and product merchandising/ display as per planogram.
∎ Ensure proper customer satisfaction through proper customer entertainment, customer service & after sales service, etc.
∎ Customer management and control (prepare & maintain a master database of customers, build up, and maintain strong & trustworthy relationships with the existing customers).
∎ Prepare a daily report with all related information.
∎ Analysis of competitor's products, prices, and services.
∎ To ensure excellent client service by keeping the company's goodwill.
∎ Any other's task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
∎ Knowledge in the furniture industry (sales, market intelligence, manufacturing process, etc).
∎ Excellent customer service and high-quality salesmanship skills.
∎ Preparing report on sales and other related issues on weekly, monthly & yearly basis.
∎ Capable of making effective communication/ correspondences via mail, phone & others mean to promote Sales.
∎ Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision making capability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have computer proficiency (MS office suites, internet browsing, and email using capability).
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Commission.
