• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature

• Bachelor of Arts (Honou’s) in English

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• Good spoken English communication skills
• Ability to speak confidently over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge (data entry, call logging)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Make outbound calls to customers according to the provided call list
• Clearly communicate information, updates, and reminders to customers
• Follow approved call scripts and company communication guidelines
• Answer basic customer queries during calls
• Accurately record call details, customer responses, and call outcomes in the system
• Maintain a polite, professional, and respectful attitude at all times
• Escalate customer issues or special requests to the supervisor when necessary

Working Shifts

• Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift 2: 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Candidates must be flexible to work in any shift (day or night)
