Job Context:
∎ We are seeking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Full time) to join our team. You are expected to develop and grow our business with your skills as a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive. In addition, you are also responsible to maintain after sales relationships with clients. Someone great negotiator and controls the conversation in sales is really someone we are looking for.
∎ We are a growing start-up company working towards creating great teach solutions. As a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for making sales happen for our baby e-learning product. We are looking for someone who DOES NOT TAKE NO as an answer from the client.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements. Prepare customized sales peach that addresses their unique needs.
∎ Identify potential new accounts and opportunities to develop business.
∎ Set up meetings and visit prospective clients. Maintain relationship with the existing clients.
∎ Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Retain & Grow SoW of the existing Key Accounts.
∎ Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines.
∎ Prepare reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts.
∎ Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
∎ Communicate and collaborate with supervisors, development team and marketing team to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
∎ Stay updated with the product knowledge.
∎ Reevaluate and update sales techniques and approaches.
∎ Schedule and manage payments from clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1+ years of experience in sales/ business development/ account executive. However, experience in B2B Corporate Sales is preferred
∎ Work experiences in relevant fields are desirable
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Proven experience in key account management and sales
∎ The ability to build rapport with key clients.
∎ Basic computing skills.
∎ The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
∎ Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
∎ Exceptional customer service skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Tk. 17000 - 25000 (Monthly)
