  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite
  • 1–3 years of experience in LPG Equipment sales and / or Industrial Equipment Sales, petroleum products.
  • Freshers with Effective communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Must live and travel in assigned geographical territory.
  • Must be able to travel full-time.
  • Able to participate in trade shows/conventions.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership skills and able to work under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose:

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our LPG sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling LPG products across Bangladesh, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, quotes products, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing the daily work schedule to call on existing and potential prospects.

  • Develop and maintain list of prospective Customers for use as sales leads. Continually builds Customer relationships which support MGE DK´s Business Partner philosophy.

  • Maintains personal contact by traveling throughout assigned territory calling on regular and prospective Customers to solicit orders.

  • Learns and develops skill in using company data including IFS and MS 365.

  • Displays or demonstrates product, using samples, classroom presentations, catalog, and emphasizes salable features.

  • Quotes prices and work with MGE DK / Regional Sales Manager on terms. Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.

  • Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of Company’s production and delivery schedules.

  • Prepares reports on business activity and maintains weekly expense accounts.

  • Develops, maintains, and meets monthly specific performance goals as established with Area Sales Manager.

  • Determines and meets Customer’s training needs. Conducts regular customer and employee training.

  • Promotes open, on-going communication with MGE DK and local colleagues.

  • Protects and maintains assigned Company assets.

  • May perform other duties as assigned or as judgment or necessity dictates.

  • Plans weekly itinerary and distributes plan to MGE DK team.

  • Promotes a team-oriented, collaborative environment by addressing issues in a calm, objective manner.

  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance policies.
