Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of the Corporate Performance Management framework, ensuring that all activities and people efforts are tightly aligned with the mission and vision of MAKEEN ENERGY BD LTD.
∎ Create and develop Balanced Scorecard for the corporate level linked to Strategic objectives.
∎ Create, develop and follow performance scorecards which contain various indicators such as (Operational -Projects -financial - HR - HSSE- Shared Services- Legal) for corporate level of MAKEEN ENERGY BD LTD.
∎ Analyze, evaluate and study with the heads of sectors the status of their own KPIs in term of setting Targets, frequency of results' submission, improving the formulas and propose the alternatives toward achieving strategic objectives
∎ Analyze actual results to generate insights in order to help decision-makers/takers to take the right decision for development and take action.
∎ Publish and Report Performance Dashboards to Board of Directors and committees through strategy management office quarterly.
∎ Leading MAKEEN ENERGY BD LTD into a performance culture.
