• 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Support.
• Very strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) are a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• University going students are encouraged to apply for part time positions or internship opportunities.
• Basic computer skills (Email, CRM tools, XL sheets) will be considered an advantage.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

• Manage and process sales orders efficiently.

• Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
