Responsibilities & Context:

Adex is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and organized professional to join our team as Coordinator of Sales, focusing on customer communication, sales support, and operational coordination across departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a communication bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal management to ensure smooth operations.

  • Prepare and process product delivery documents, securing necessary approvals in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with the delivery department to ensure on-time product delivery to customers.

  • Monitor and follow up on payment collections, maintaining accurate records.

  • Compile and present periodic reports on sales performance and payment collections.

  • Track stock levels regularly, maintain inventory records, and raise requisitions when minimum stock levels are reached.

  • Manage product replacement processes efficiently when required.

  • Organize and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and other events.

  • Maintain attendance and leave records of employees and provide accurate reports to HR as needed.

  • Any other coordination related work assigned by the HOD.

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
