Job Context:
∎ Good understanding of ITES, BPO & Managed Services industry ecosystem and have good networking capacity.
∎ Working knowledge of modern technologies and ability to bring in tech thought leadership
∎ Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environment
∎ Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in fund management, managed services and HR operation activities.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Take an active role in internal and external presentations, meetings, discussions
∎ Build a network of internal relationships with a broad cross section of the organization, and leverage organizational knowledge, resources and expertise
∎ Guide Payroll and Fund management team for business automation and share new technology based on market research.
∎ Maintaining relationship with NBR, DIFE, BIDA, BASIS and BACCO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 5 Years' experience is required
∎ Experience in sales, HR or related field.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
∎ Must be a team player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job.
∎ Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Salary: Negotiable
