Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
MySQL and MVC framework, PHP, .Net Core, Angular 5, ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery/PrototypeJs, Programmer/ Software Engineer, REST API
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility of the function is to lead, architect & develop HRMS, Payroll & PF software from the scratch.
∎ Knowledge of the software development environment to support business goals
∎ Translate business requirements into clear and concise technical documentation. Prepare scalable, robust, and flexible design documents, both conceptual and detailed
∎ Code, test, troubleshoot and document system issues and modifications, both for new development as well as maintenance
∎ Design, develop and support interfaces between HR/Payroll systems and other third-party systems
∎ Perform development work that conforms to standards and best practices (i.e. code reviews, etc.)
∎ Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts
∎ Perform activities typical within a Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including activities such as: ITIL based change and incident management processes, iterative and waterfall development processes and release management activities
∎ Provide peer QA reviews on code and program modifications to ensure system internal controls and technical standards are maintained
∎ Proactively and effectively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to determine information needs and development requirements
∎ May require some after hours on call or stand by work
∎

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Must show ability to multi-task as needed
∎ Ability to build trust and engagement with executives, customers, peers and team.
∎ Demonstrated team leadership skills in a formal or informal capacity
∎ Have a passion to learn and apply newer concepts and technologies
∎ Ability to produce high quality deliverables while maintaining schedule commitments.
∎ Work independently and as part of a project team.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in order to convey technical information to non-technical staff or customers;
∎ Proactively solve problems and recommend solutions.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Process orientation with strong attention to detail.
∎ High energy; able to deal with demanding pace and changing priorities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality, use good judgment and discretion, and interact with diverse workforce within the city and customer base.
∎ Excellent project management and organizational skills
