Job Description / Responsibility

  • Lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, emails, and social platforms.

  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Product knowledge: Stay updated on the company's technology solutions, features, and competitive advantages to effectively pitch to clients.

  • Sales presentations: Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiation and closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Market research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
