Responsibilities & Context:

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.

  • Identify and explore new markets to increase business opportunities and expand the customer base.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.

  • Collaborate with senior management to define and monitor sales goals and performance.

Sales Monitoring & Target Achievement:

  • Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds monthly targets by monitoring performance and taking corrective actions.

  • Analyze sales data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance.

  • Report on monthly sales performance, market conditions, and improvement areas.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.

  • Provide training and guidance to the team, focusing on improving telesales techniques and customer engagement.

  • Lead the team in managing social media leads and converting them into successful sales.

  • Oversee and ensure successful lead conversations and conversions from inquiries to confirmed admissions.

  • Supervise and manage the telesales team, ensuring efficiency and achieving sales goals.

Market Analysis & Strategic Input:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management with insights on performance and future strategies.

  • Provide regular updates on team progress, market conditions, and new opportunities.
