Job Context

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Full-Stack Digital Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads & Other Social Media Marketing. The candidate must be capable of generating quality leads, optimizing conversion funnels, and improving ROI through data-driven digital marketing strategies.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about paid advertising, analytics, and measurable growth.

Job Responsibilities

Google Ads

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads

  • Conduct keyword research and intent-based audience targeting

  • Optimize bids, ad copies, extensions, and landing pages

  • Monitor and reduce CPA while maximizing ROI

  • Perform A/B testing and continuous campaign optimization

Meta Ads

  • Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation

  • Audience research, retargeting, and funnel optimization

  • Improve CTR and reduce cost per lead (CPL)

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Build and manage lead generation funnels using Google & Meta Ads

  • Implement lead magnets, CTAs, and email nurturing

  • Use automation tools such as HubSpot / ActiveCampaign

  • Track lead sources and attribution

Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager.

  • Analyze performance using Google Analytics.

  • Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with academic, design, and web development teams

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and user experience
