Responsibilities & Context:

  • Leadership of Government Sales Relationship Team
    Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Government Sales Relationship Team, fostering a performance-driven, collaborative, and accountable work environment.

  • Management of Government Relationships
    Oversee relationships across all relevant ministries and key government stakeholders, including NBR, BPO, and BTRC. Maintain strong, professional engagement with senior government officials to ensure sustained partnerships.

  • Target Setting and Performance Management
    Prepare annual and quarterly targets for the Government Relations Team. Ensure effective target allocation, regular supervision, and continuous monitoring to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.

  • Business Enhancement
    Generate government business leads through proactive engagement and timely follow-ups. Develop and execute a structured roadmap for visiting potential ministries and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.

  • Participation in Government Engagement Programs
    Represent the organization in engagement programs, strategic meetings, workshops, and events organized by government ministries and agencies. Maintain active involvement to stay updated on project developments and strengthen institutional relationships.

  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management
    Engage in strategic discussions with internal and external stakeholders to identify, address, and resolve long-standing issues related to government ministries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    Lead effective planning and strategy meetings to strengthen government relationships, ensure cross-functional coordination, and resolve stakeholder-related challenges efficiently.

  • Initiative and Business Growth
    Ensure successful implementation of new initiatives and drive profitability through effective strategies aligned with organizational targets.

  • Reporting and Management Communication
    Provide regular progress updates and structured reports within the designated reporting framework. Seek guidance and feedback from management to ensure alignment, effective coordination, and enhanced overall productivity.
