Bee Visa is a dynamic visa consultancy and travel assistance firm. We are dedicated to helping our clients navigate the complexities of international travel and visa processing with ease and confidence. We are currently looking for an energetic and communicative individual to join our customer support team.

  • Handle Inquiries: Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, answering client queries regarding visa processes, requirements, and application status.

  • Client Consultation: Provide accurate information about our services (Student Visas, Work Permits, etc.) to prospective clients.

  • Follow-up: Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism with potential leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.

  • Database Management: accurately record client information and call logs into the company CRM/database.

  • Problem Solving: Address client complaints or concerns with patience and provide timely solutions.
