Responsibilities & Context:
- ক্লাইন্ট সার্ভিস ও কল রিসিভ: ফোনে ক্লায়েন্টদের ইনকুয়্যারি হ্যান্ডেল করা এবং তাদের সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে সহায়তা করা।
- কনভেন্সিং ও কাউন্সেলিং: অফিসে আসা বা ফোনে যোগাযোগ করা পটেনশিয়াল ক্লায়েন্টদের ভিসা প্রসেসিংয়ের জন্য কনভেন্স করা এবং ফাইল ওপেন করতে উৎসাহিত করা।
- ভিডিও প্রেজেন্টেশন: কোম্পানির ফেসবুক পেইজ বা ইউটিউব চ্যানেলের জন্য নিয়মিত ভিডিও কনটেন্টে উপস্থাপক হিসেবে কাজ করা (যেমন: ভিসা আপডেট, সাকসেস স্টোরি বা গাইডলাইন নিয়ে কথা বলা)।
