Responsibilities & Context:
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors with polite and professional communication.
Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries with accurate information.
Maintain daily appointment schedules, client logs, and visitor records.
Create photos, videos, and short reels for social media and promotional content.
Coordinate with the marketing team for events, campaigns, and content planning.
Ensure the reception and front desk area is always clean, organized, and professionally presented.
Must be camera-friendly and Confident.
Must have experience in content creation and Marketing.
