Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and a luxury retail attitude.

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations for Punjabi, Sherwani, Koti, Shoes, and Attar based on customer needs and occasions.

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience, especially for weddings, festivals, and premium events.

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, including fabric quality, design details, fitting, and fragrance profiles.

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through premium selling techniques.

• Maintain elegant product presentation and ensure displays meet luxury showroom standards.

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.

• Handle customer inquiries, fitting assistance, and after-sales support with care and attention to detail.

• Ensure accurate billing support and coordinate smoothly with the cashier or manager.

• Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and professional appearance at all times.

• Assist in stock checking, replenishment, and proper handling of premium merchandise.

• Follow showroom policies, service standards, and ethical sales practices strictly.

• Support promotional activities and special sales events when required.

• Handle luxury products carefully to avoid damage or loss.

• Represent the brand with confidence, honesty, and sophistication.
