Manager (Oparation) – Key Responsibilities

a. Lead and oversee all showroom operations to deliver a refined, seamless, and premium shopping experience.

b. Ensure every customer receives personalized, courteous, and luxury-level service, especially for weddings and exclusive occasions.

c. Inspire, mentor, and manage the sales team to uphold brand standards and exceed performance expectations.

d. Drive sales growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and premium selling techniques.

e. Maintain meticulous inventory control of luxury Punjabi, Sherwani, Koti, Shoes, and Attar collections.

f. Curate elegant visual merchandising that reflects sophistication, craftsmanship, and brand identity.

g. Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value and repeat customers.

h. Handle customer feedback, special requests, and concerns with discretion, professionalism, and care.

i. Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of exclusive collections.

j. Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and financial accountability with complete transparency.

k. Prepare detailed sales, stock, and performance reports for management review.

l. Train and groom showroom staff to maintain impeccable presentation, product knowledge, and etiquette.

m. Ensure the showroom remains immaculate, secure, and aligned with luxury retail standards.

n. Safeguard merchandise against loss or damage through strict control and supervision.

o. Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and the prestige of the brand at all times.
