Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Bangladesh property market.
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Data literacy and strategic thinking.
Key Objectives:
Achieve sales quotas and revenue goals.
Expand customer base and market share.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
leads teams to hit property sales targets by developing strategies, managing campaigns (online/offline), overseeing lead generation, coaching agents, analyzing market trends, and ensuring smooth deal closures, requiring strong leadership, negotiation, and market knowledge to drive revenue and build client bases.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans, pricing, and promotions to meet targets.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage sales agents to maximize performance.
Marketing Execution: Oversee online/offline campaigns, manage branding, and use digital channels to attract buyers.
