To support our growing brand visibility and customer acquisition efforts, NidusLab is seeking a Junior Marketing Specialist who is passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and capable of supporting the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels.
Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, generating leads, conducting market research, and strengthening the brand presence of NidusLab and its products. This role is ideal for a motivated early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketing, digital campaigns, and growth-focused marketing operations.
The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support & Execution
Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Support go-to-market activities for product launches, feature rollouts, and promotional campaigns.
Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across NidusLab and its product ecosystem.
Campaign Management
Assist in managing marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, and events.
Coordinate with internal teams including product, design, sales, and support to ensure campaign alignment and timely execution.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Content & Communication
Help develop marketing content such as social media posts, email campaigns, landing page content, blogs, company profiles, brochures, and presentation materials.
Support thought leadership and brand storytelling initiatives for NidusLab and its products.
Maintain professional written communication in English for marketing and business-related content.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Support execution of digital marketing campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Assist in lead generation activities through online outreach, partnerships, events, and campaign follow-ups.
Help manage CRM and marketing tools for lead tracking, campaign updates, and reporting.
Support SEO, SEM, and performance marketing efforts to improve visibility and qualified lead generation.
Research & Market Insights
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify growth opportunities.
Assist in analyzing customer behavior, campaign trends, and marketing data for decision-making.
Support identification of partnership, networking, and brand collaboration opportunities.
Events & Business Development Support
Assist in company participation in webinars, networking events, corporate programs, and promotional activities.
Support outreach initiatives for partnerships, lead generation, and brand expansion.
Help prepare marketing materials for business presentations, meetings, and external communications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, business development, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong practical skills may also be considered.
Basic understanding of B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation principles.
Familiarity with social media marketing, content creation, and online advertising platforms.
Interest in SaaS, technology products, and startup-driven business environments.
Strong willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
Additional Requirements
Basic understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, customer journey, and conversion-focused marketing.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, and analytics tools.
Ability to create marketing content including social media copy, email content, blog drafts, case study drafts, and promotional materials.
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing concepts.
Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign tracking is an advantage.
Good communication and writing skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a startup environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
