We are a reputed premium apartment developer based in Dhaka (Uttara), currently seeking dynamic, smart, and target-oriented professionals for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in luxury residential apartment/flat sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to professionally handle high-value clients. Applicants should be self-motivated, customer-focused, and capable of achieving sales targets in a competitive real estate market.
Candidates with strong knowledge of developer sector, client relationship management, lead conversion, and direct sales strategies will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through direct marketing, referrals, corporate visits, site visits, online platforms, and networking.
Conduct client meetings and apartment presentations (layout, specification, pricing, payment plan, handover timeline).
Present project features, lifestyle amenities, and investment benefits.
Handle HNI (High Net Worth Individual), corporate, and expatriate buyers.
Arrange and manage project site visits to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales targets (booking value, collection target, and unit conversion ratio).
Maintain strong relationships with buyers from inquiry stage to handover stage.
Provide detailed information regarding project approvals, RAJUK compliance, utility connections, and construction updates.
Follow up regularly with prospects and existing buyers to ensure payment collection as per schedule.
Handle customer objections professionally regarding pricing, location, documentation, and facilities.
Maintain and update CRM database including inquiry source, follow-up status, booking status, and collection progress.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & collection reports for management review.
Monitor competitor projects in Uttara and surrounding areas (pricing, facilities, offers, construction progress).
Assist management in launching new residential projects and promotional campaigns.
Support documentation process including booking form, allotment letter, agreement signing, and handover coordination.
Ensure after-sales service support to maintain long-term brand reputation.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management related to sales and business development.
