Proven experience in corporate sales, project sales or industrial product marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent presentation and client-handling ability
Sound understanding of technical products (warehouse racking, structural steel, fabrication, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel frequently within Bangladesh
Experience in warehouse racking & storage systems
Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and load capacity concepts will be an advantage
Existing client network in industrial and corporate sectors.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve assigned sales targets through new business development and key account management
Identify and pursue potential clients in industrial, corporate and warehousing sectors
Conduct client visits, site assessments and product presentations to understand requirements
Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals, quotations and tender documents
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely project delivery
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers and consultants
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to support management decisions
Follow up on payments, project progress and customer feedback
Maintain proper documentation and reporting as per company policy
Contribute to sales strategy planning, marketing campaigns and exhibitions.
