Responsibilities & Context:

Pahartali Agro Forest is seeking experienced and target-driven Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our dynamic sales team. This role is exclusively for candidates with proven experience in the real estate industry. Applicants without prior real estate sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.

• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property investment solutions.

• Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visit arrangements.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into successful sales.

• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.

• Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update the CRM regularly.

• Coordinate with the Marketing and Management teams to maximize sales performance.

• Handle client negotiations, documentation support, and after-sales service professionally.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer demands.
