Role Overview

This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing operations, and improving the company's financial growth and market share within the mobility sector (Automobile, Farm Mechanization, Transport, etc.). The incumbent will develop strong relationships with key partners, craft innovative business models, manage risk during volatile market situations, and coordinate with overseas offices. Job Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expansion of existing business to improve financial growth and market share.

• Develop strong relationships with key partners through face-to-face/virtual meetings, seminars, and conferences.

• Develop new business models and coordinate with relevant business divisions and corporate divisions.

• Plan business development strategies in line with the company's long-term strategic goals.

• Manage risk by taking proper decisions/actions during volatile market situations.

• Study various business models of the company and create a suitable fitment of local opportunity into the company's business model.

• Conduct regular market research and report content to senior management.

• Educate local market situations to overseas offices/partners and establish proper reporting systems.

• Use advanced problem-solving abilities during crisis moments by analyzing and assessing risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any local or international university.

• Age not above 32 years.

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Marketing & Supply Chain within Mobility, Automobile – Two/Three/Four-Wheeler, Farm Mechanization, Transport industries.

• English language: Strong command (business level – meetings, presentations, reporting).

• Previous experience working in a Japanese company will add value.
