• Only Male

• At least 3-5 years` experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Good experience in selling Consumer goods, e.g., Condensed Milk, Atta-Maida-Suji, Water, Edible Oil, Salt, Powder Milk & Tea.

• Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and/or requirements.

• Good leadership and inter-personal skills.

• Able to work under pressure and achieve set target and thereby, corporate goals.

S. A GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is looking for experienced person for the position of Regional Head (Sales & Marketing) in its Sales Force.

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent`s duties & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Work closely with Dept. Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area.

• Visit market places, search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new Distributors in uncovered areas.

• Monitor activities and motivate Team Members to ensure productivity; thus achievement of Sales target

• Demand forecast and ensure stock inventory of Distributors` warehouses, on a regular basis.

• Ensure close monitoring of distributor`s business transactions on a day-to-day basis and liaison with other stakeholders for achieving the sales target.

• Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.

• TA/DA, Mobile bill, Tour allowance

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
