We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Marketing) who can plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns to generate measurable results (leads/sales). The role also involves client management, sales-driven content planning & scripting, and strong client communication to ensure smooth delivery and performance growth.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns (Lead/Sales/Traffic/Engagement) end-to-end.
Set up campaign structure properly: Objective, audience, placements, budget, bidding, creatives.
Research and build audiences: Core Interest, Custom Audience, Lookalike, retargeting windows (7/14/30 days).
Monitor daily performance and optimize based on key metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS.
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and copies; document learnings and scale winning combinations.
Coordinate with designer/video editor to produce high-performing creatives aligned with funnel stages.
Write and refine ad copy: Primary text, headline, description, CTA (Bangla/English as needed).
Ensure tracking setup: Pixel, Conversion API , event verification, UTM tagging, and campaign hygiene.
Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and next action plan.
Client & Content Responsibilities :
Handle client management: understand client goals, collect requirements, and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain regular client communication via call/WhatsApp/email; provide campaign updates and action plans.
Do sales-driven content planning for Meta: offer, angle, hook, objections, and CTA-based content mapping (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU where applicable).
Create video/content script outlines for ads: hook → problem → solution → offer → proof → CTA.
Collect client feedback, translate it into actionable tasks for creatives/campaign, and manage revisions smoothly.
Support basic sales coordination: lead quality follow-up notes, CRM/lead sheet updates (if applicable).
