Experience:
● Develop and manage B2B sales for Commercial & Industrial solar EPC projects
● Build, manage, and expand regional EPC distributor and partner networks
● Lead commercial negotiations and present techno-commercial offers to clients
● Supervise and guide two Sales Executives to develop and manage sales pipelines
● Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Engineering teams for proposal preparation
● Ensure all client activities, meetings, offers, and projects are recorded in ERP/CRM
Reporting Responsibilities (Mandatory):
● Submit weekly reports on customer visits and discussion outcomes
● Submit monthly sales reports covering offers made, orders received, and invoiced turnover
● Provide monthly sales-side inputs for cash-flow planning in coordination with Finance
● Maintain and update a rolling 3-year forecast for turnover and gross margin (updated annually)
● The position reports directly to the Sales Director
● Monthly summaries will be shared with senior management
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
● Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B industrial sales
● Experience in solar EPC, energy systems, substations, or infrastructure projects preferred
● Prior experience managing distributors or multi-client pipelines will be an advantage
● Strong communication skills in Bangla and English
● Good presentation and PowerPoint skills
● Ability to work independently and handle client-facing responsibilities
● Comfortable using ERP, CRM, and structured reporting tools
● Willingness to travel for client visits and field meetings
● Two days per week at the Uttara head office (Thursday & Saturday)
● Three flexible working days, primarily for client visits and field meetings
