We are hiring a skilled Video Editor who can deliver high-quality, engaging video content for marketing and brand communication. The candidate must have strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Color Grading, with the ability to visualize a concept and turn raw footage into a polished story. This role requires someone who can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent output quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit short and long-form videos for Facebook/Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, ads, and brand content.

• Work efficiently in Adobe Premiere Pro for clean, fast, and structured editing workflows.

• Use After Effects for motion graphics: typography animation, transitions, lower-thirds, logo animation, basic VFX.

• Perform professional color correction & color grading to maintain brand-consistent look and cinematic feel.

• Improve audio quality: noise reduction, leveling, basic sound design, and syncing.

• Build strong storytelling through pacing, cuts, visuals, and music selection.

• Support content planning with strong visualization: suggest edit styles, scenes, and creative directions.

• Create multiple versions of edits for testing (hook variations, different lengths, cutdowns).

• Maintain organized project files: folder structure, assets, backups, and version control.

• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand objective, audience, and desired outcome.

• Deliver edits under tight deadlines and handle revisions quickly while maintaining quality.

• Ensure final videos are exported in proper formats and ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9) for each platform.
