Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters
• BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,Uttara University,Bangladesh University of Textiles,Northern University Bangladesh students will get preference

• Certification in Fashion Design, Apparel Design or Textile Design preferred
• Training in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CLO 3D will be an advantage
• Knowledge of sportswear design and garment development preferred
• Experience in tech pack creation and fabric sourcing is a plus
• Training in pattern making, embroidery or print development will get preference
• Freshers with strong creative skills and portfolio are also encouraged to apply

AMRISS is looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer to join our growing team. The designer will mainly work on boy’s fashion items and sportswear collections. The ideal candidate should have strong fashion sense, modern design knowledge and the ability to create trendy and market focused products.

Responsibilities:
• Design boy’s fashion collections including T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, tracksuits, polo shirts, shorts and other apparel
• Develop modern sportswear designs following current fashion trends
• Create flat sketches, tech packs and design concepts
• Select suitable fabrics, trims, colors and print ideas
• Research fashion trends and competitor products
• Work closely with production and merchandising teams
• Prepare designs for sampling and bulk production
• Ensure product quality and brand consistency

Requirements:
• Experience in fashion design, especially boy’s wear or sportswear
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric selection
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or other design software
• Ability to create professional tech packs and flat sketches
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Fashion design degree or relevant experience preferred
