Responsibilities & Context:
  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve assigned regional sales targets in alignment with the company’s annual goals.

  • Client & Project Management: Responsible for the entire sales lifecycle including lead generation, client relationship management, project negotiation, execution, and ensuring timely payment collection.

  • Channel Development: Formulate business channel plans based on market needs; actively identify, appoint, and manage distributors/agencies to ensure market penetration and provide them with ongoing support.

  • Product Demonstration: Conduct compelling presentations and on-site demonstrations of Biochemistry, Hematology, and CLIA analyzers (and other reagent kits) to potential clients.

  • Academic & KOL Network: Organize academic activities within the region and build a strong network of industry experts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for the company’s solutions.

  • Market Intelligence: Collect regional market information, analyze competitor products, and monitor industry trends to adjust product promotion plans in a timely manner.

  • Customer Feedback: Systematically collect and keep records of customer feedback regarding the performance of installed machines and after-sales service quality.

  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads and create effective promotional materials for analyzers and reagent kits.

  • Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, detailed records of all sales and training activities. Prepare and submit periodic reports to supervisors highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
