Responsibilities & Context:
Accurately and efficiently enter pruchase, sales, stock, bank, cash entries into the company ERP software.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
Review and correct any data entry errors to ensure the integrity of the information.
Maintain and update records with new information as it becomes available.
Organize and manage large volumes of data and files for easy retrieval.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure data consistency across all departments.
Perform other related duties as per instruction from management.
