Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales and Administrative Officer to support our sales team and manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.

  • Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations as needed.

  • Assist with customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.

  • Manage and update customer information in the company database or CRM system.

  • Handle general office tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.

  • Assist in generating sales reports and tracking team performance.

  • Process and track sales orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
