Responsibilities & Context: Job Location: Nairobi, Kenya
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales and Administrative Officer to support our sales team and manage daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations as needed.
Assist with customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.
Manage and update customer information in the company database or CRM system.
Handle general office tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Assist in generating sales reports and tracking team performance.
Process and track sales orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
