Responsibilities & Context:
Manage commercial documentation including PI, LC, sales contracts, invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
Handle all bond-related documentation, including UD, UP, and reconciliation processes as per customs and bond regulations.
Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and QC teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
Prepare and update various commercial reports: order status, shipment plans, stock/consumption reports, etc.
Liaise with banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs officials for export and import formalities.
Monitor raw material allocation and consumption under the bonded warehouse system.
Ensure compliance with all export, customs, and bonded warehouse regulations.
Assist management in commercial analysis, cost estimations, and strategic planning.
