Responsibilities & Context:
Independently manage (without any helping hand) end-to-end procurement: sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchasing.
Ensure timely delivery and maintain optimal inventory without assistance.
Control procurement costs, stay within budget, and ensure quality compliance.
Maintain all documentation, track orders, and prepare reports single-handedly.
Conduct market research, identify risks, and implement process improvements independently.
