B.Sc. in Footwear Engineering / Leather Products Engineering / Leather Engineering from a recognized university in Bangladesh.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Commercial Operation,Leadership and Good Communication skill.,Process Development
Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 35 years
Strong knowledge of shoe construction, grading, and fitting.
Experience in sample-to-bulk transition and process commercialization.
Understanding of materials, components, and production processes.

Responsibilities & Context:
Convert approved CFM/size set samples into production-ready specs; validate fit, pattern, grading, construction, and material usage against cost and sourcing standards
Prepare and release final Tech Packs; ensure all materials, molds, and processes are validated for bulk production.
Assess manufacturability of new designs, conduct pre-production trials, and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
Work closely with Product Development, IE, QA, Planning, and Production teams to ensure smooth commercialization and technical alignment.
Ensure adherence to buyer specifications, internal SOPs, and testing standards; support continuous improvement for product and process quality.
Maintain commercialization records, track timelines, and report status, approvals, and changes for timely handover to bulk production.
