7-8 years of substantive professional experience.
Preference will be given to individuals experienced in handling buyers such as Target USA, Bestseller, Varner, G-Star, Levi’s et al.
Applicants must demonstrate proven competence in commercial operations within fully export-oriented woven garment factories, possessing the confidence and capability to function autonomously.
A strong command of export documentation for the RMG (woven) sector is essential, including the ability to correspond independently in English with buyers, banks, C&F agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
Candidates must be prepared to work under pressure, maintain flexibility regarding office hours, and undertake extended duties as required by supervisors or Management.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, ERP systems, and a firm grasp of HS Codes, the Customs Act, export policies, bond procedures, and relevant banking rules are indispensable.
Thorough knowledge of forwarding processes and customs-bond regulations is equally critical.

Job Responsibilities:
Woven garments export related documentation jobs, but not limited to, unaided smoothly.
Managing all commercial activities, placing bookings, and uploading shipment documents to digital portals.
Meticulous preparation and submission of all export and customs documentation, coordination with C&F agents, monitoring payment flows, and ensuring full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
If needed, to do any other jobs related to such commercial matters.
