Responsibilities & Context:
Follow up on daily delivery status and verify against the export statement.
Prepare export documents, including the bill of exchange, delivery challan, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and beneficiary certificate.
Visit buyers` offices to submit export documents and collect party acceptance.
Coordinate with buyers` banks to collect bank acceptances and maturity payments and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare and send delivery statements to buyers based on their requirements.
Provide copies of delivery challans to buyers as needed.
Manage the issuance of GSP and Cash BTMA.
Maintain and regularly update the export register.
Organize and file all export-related documents systematically.
Any other task assigned by the line manager.
