Training or certification in computer/IT will be an added advantage.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is mandatory.
Diploma in Computer Science is highly preferable.
Requirements:
Skills Required: Computer Troubleshooting,Data Entry (Both English & Bengali)

Responsibilities & Context:
Commercial Department (Export & Import):
Data entry and documentation support for Export & Import activities.
Prepare, update and maintain commercial files (EXP, IMP, UD, BTMA, GSP, BL, Invoice, Packing List etc.).
Assist in preparing banking documents related to LC, Payment, and Back-to-Back LC.
Maintain accurate records in software and Excel sheets.
Communicate with commercial team for daily operational tasks.
Computer & IT Support:
Assist with Windows update and troubleshooting in all office computers.
Support in software installation and related technical issues.
Provide basic IT support to different departments when required.
Ensure smooth operation of office computers and network-related tasks (basic level).
Speed typing with proper accuracy for both Bangla & English is mandatory.
