• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Commercial & Foreign Trade management, specifically in the import of machinery or accessories.

• Previous experience dealing with imports from China and managing international trade operations is highly preferred.

• Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with WeChat or other communication tools for effective coordination with international suppliers.

Position Overview: Global Heaven M.B (PVT) LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive for its Commercial & Foreign Trade division. The role will involve overseeing all aspects of international trade operations, particularly the import of machinery and accessories from China.

Responsibilities & Context

• Fluent Communication: Possess exceptional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to effectively liaise with overseas suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Trade Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to local and international trade regulations, overseeing the accuracy and timeliness of import/export documentation by dealing with customs, Bank.

• Letter of Credit (LC) Management: Oversee and manage the LC processes for smooth international transactions, coordinating with clearing and forwarding (C&F) agents as required and Establishing communication between foreign suppliers and banks (Bangladesh & abroad) for LC/TT establishment, transactions, payment, and reporting.

• Sourcing & Supplier Management: Manage and track the importation of machinery and accessories from China, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining excellent relationships with Chinese suppliers. Capable to make full trading path.

• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (finance, logistics, and production) to ensure seamless operations and timely processing of orders.

• Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market analysis to assess global trade trends, identify new opportunities, and devise strategies for market expansion and improved performance.

• Negotiation & Relationship Management: Negotiate favorable terms with overseas suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and quality products, while managing long-term relationships to support business growth.
